Dr. Kevin Donaldson leads Exponent Leadership. As a seasoned leader and executive, Kevin has served in numerous roles over the past 20 years. He served on the leadership team of a start-up company in the 1990s, then served as Vice President of International Operations for Dr. John C. Maxwell's organization, EQUIP. Kevin also served as President of an international non-profit organization with operations in 22 countries. An international business veteran, he spent ten years of his career in India as a coach and consultant.

Kevin is a master trainer, executive coach, and strategy facilitator. He has successfully conducted training and coaching interventions in Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness, Presentation Skills, and Cross-Cultural management for various corporate clients, including GE, PepsiCo, Credit Suisse, Marriott, Adobe, and other multi-national companies.

He holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree and facilitates the StratOp system of strategic planning and implementation.  Kevin is an internationally respected trainer, coach, and leadership communicator, with an engaging, empowering, high-energy style that transcends cultures.
